Measure a strap you already enjoy using, or position a piece of string the way you would carry your camera and measure it. Our measurements are end to end, including the attachment. Small variations may occur with handmade products.
Will it fit my camera?
The attachment points and your chosen strap system matter. Check the product details. If the eyelets are narrow or you are unsure, send us your camera model and we will help you choose.
What is the difference between Pro and Basic?
Pro uses the magnetic Quick Release adapter; Basic uses a clip system with a metal ring. Choose the system for your needs. See each product for accessories and compatibility.
Where are the straps made?
Our camera straps are sewn, checked and packed by hand in our small Potsdam workshop.
Can I return my strap?
You have a total of 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. This voluntary return policy is in addition to your statutory withdrawal rights. The conditions and exceptions described there apply, including for custom-made items. Read the returns policy.
