Refund policy
30-day returns
You can generally return your strap within 30 days of receiving it. We offer this voluntary return policy in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Please first check that the strap is still in the same condition as when it arrived: unused, without signs of wear and, where possible, in its original packaging. These condition requirements apply to our voluntary return policy and do not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

If possible, please include a short note with your name or order number so that we can identify your return.
Once we have received and checked your return or proof of dispatch (for example, a tracking number showing that the parcel has been accepted by the carrier), we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method. For statutory withdrawals, the refund deadlines and conditions below apply.
If your strap has already been used or shows signs of wear, please let me know. We can then look for another fair solution together. Your statutory rights remain unaffected in this case too.

Statutory right of withdrawal
Withdrawal instructions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Damaged or faulty items
Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly at hellostrapnstyles@outlawzmedia.de so we can find a quick solution.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised products;
- Goods clearly tailored to personal requirements;
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Refunds
We refund the purchase amount to your original payment method. For statutory withdrawals, the deadlines described under “Effects of withdrawal” apply. For voluntary returns, the process described above applies.
Banks and payment providers may need additional processing time. If your refund has not arrived, please contact hellostrapnstyles@outlawzmedia.de.
