Shipping policy
Every Strapnstyles camera strap is made by hand. Here you will find information about processing, shipping costs and the dispatch of your order.
Order processing
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). During busy periods or for custom-made products, it may take longer. If this happens, we will do our best to let you know as early as possible.
Shipping costs
- Germany: €2.95 for orders below €50; free shipping from €50.
- Other European Union countries: €6.95.
- United States: €32.90.
- Other available shipping destinations: €7.90.

Dispatch and transit time
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. It will include tracking information where available for your shipping method.
Transit time starts after processing, when your order is handed to the carrier. It depends on the destination and shipping method. Please allow for both processing time and transit time when planning your order.
Orders outside the EU
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are determined by the destination country and are your responsibility.
