1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders via the online shop www.strapnstyles.de of

These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to contracts with consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

2. Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with Lorenz Groche – Strapnstyles , sole proprietor.

3. Conclusion of contract

3.1 The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

3.2 By clicking the “Buy now” button you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.

3.3 The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can find details in the cancellation policy.

Products that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code).

The buyer bears the costs of return.

5. Prices and shipping costs

5.1 All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.

5.2 In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs , which are shown in the checkout.

5.3 Price changes, discounts and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

Subsequent refunds due to discount campaigns introduced later are excluded.

6. Delivery

6.1 Shipping is carried out via DHL or comparable service providers.

6.2 Delivery times are:

– Germany: approx. 3–7 working days

– EU: approx. 5–10 working days

– international: up to 14 working days

6.3 For personalized or customized items, the delivery time may be extended.

6.4 If a product is unavailable, we will notify you immediately. Any payments already made will be refunded.

7. Payment

7.1 You can pay in advance, via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna or other payment methods displayed in the shop.

7.2 If you choose prepayment, you will receive our bank details after placing your order. The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.

7.3 In the event of chargebacks or payment reversals, we reserve the right to pass on any bank charges incurred.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Warranty (liability for material defects)

9.1 The statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 434 ff. BGB).

9.2 Our products are handmade. Minor variations in color, texture, or size do not constitute a defect.

9.3 Damage caused by improper use, wear and tear or unauthorized modifications is excluded from the warranty.

10. Product liability and safety notice

Our camera straps are designed and handcrafted with the utmost care. However, the responsibility for correct use and regular inspection of the attachment rests with the user.

We assume no liability for damage to cameras, lenses, or other equipment caused by improper use, mechanical overload, or material failure. Use is at your own risk.

This exclusion of liability does not apply in cases of gross negligence, intent or injury to life, body or health.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 We are only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

11.2 In the case of slight negligence, liability shall only apply in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

11.3 Any further liability, in particular for indirect damages, is excluded.

11.4 Statutory liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

12. Return

12.1 Returns must be notified in writing. The return address will be communicated via email after contact.

12.2 Returns without postage paid will not be accepted.

12.3 We reserve the right to deduct the value of returned goods that are damaged or used.

13. User behavior and website use

Use of the website must not violate any applicable law or the rights of third parties.

In particular, the following is prohibited:

• automated crawling
• Transmission of viruses or malware
• Providing incorrect contact details
• targeted disruption of the ordering process

Violations may be prosecuted under civil and criminal law.

14. Copyright and Trademarks

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright. Any use without our express consent is prohibited.

15. Data protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

16. Dispute resolution

The EU Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

17. Final provisions

17.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

17.2 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision.
